I live in the Bantry area. I am just writing to you to say a Huge Thank You and that I was really impressed by your speedy delivery service and very professional manner when you delivered the 2 Cubic Metres of Kiln Dried Hardwood that I ordered from you on the 20th of November 2014. I rang that morning to enquire about it and I was very pleased with what you told me about the timber, the quality and moisture content and the price of it. I ordered the timber, thinking that it would be a couple of days before it would be delivered but to my surprise and delight, you offered to deliver it that afternoon to me. When you arrived you went out of your way to help me, you unloaded the Timber and instead of just leaving it on the driveway like other delivery people did in the past. You went out of your way and put it all into the garage for me and stacked it nice and neatly in the corner. You were very polite, friendly, efficient and professional and couldn't have been any more helpful and obliging. I am delighted with the quality of the Timber and it is burning perfectly. Hello Aidan,
Thank you for the 2 cubic metres of Hardwood that you delivered to me last week, on the 2nd of December. I live halfway between Clonakilty and Bandon. Unfortunately I was away at work at the time that you made the delivery and I must say that I was very pleasantly surprised when I arrived home and found that the delivery had been made, you had unloaded the Wood and stacked it nice and neatly in the Garden Shed for me. I honestly had not expected you to do this. It was really nice and professional of you. Most people would have just left it on the ground in front of the house and not taken the time and effort to stack it away so neat and tidy. You were very pleasant to deal with over the phone and the delivery been made the following day was greatly appreciated as I was low in stock, I know that you went out of you way to deliver it so quickly for me. I look forward to dealing with you again in the future as your timber is of the highest quality that I have ever purchased and is great in the fire, it gives off some amount of heat.

The hardwood timber that you recently delivered to my home in Bandon, is the best timber that I have ever got. It is so dry and burns great in the stove. It whacks out some amount of heat. You were very knowledgeable about the different types of wood and what type was best for me. The wood was very reasonably priced. It was a real pleasure to deal with you, over the phone and in person when you made the delivery. You couldn't have been more helpful in assisting me in stacking the wood and covering it up to make sure that it was kept dry. You were very friendly and professional. I will definitely be contacting you again in the new year to order some more wood from you. Will talk to you soon.

Hi Aidan,
I just wanted to say a very big thanks for the delivery of kiln dried hardwood. I live in a rural areas between Schull and Ballydehob and its not always easy to get a speedy delivery of fuel. Not only were you prompt but the quality and dryness of the wood was first class. The heat is great. Thanks for stacking it and I am sorry I wasn't there to help. Just a few lines to show my appreciation for a job well done. Remember me? I got your delivery last week, between Skibbereen and Leap. I would highly recommend Connadh Fuels, for efficiency and service. The fuel was delivered by Aidan, the boss, who was very helpful and informative. I learnt a lot about the timber and its properties for efficient burning, which i have to say, is brilliant. I am very happy and warm!!
